RETURNED ITEMS MUST HAVE TAGS ATTACHED AND BE FREE OF STAINS, TEARS, OR ANY SIGNS OF WEAR.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Any defective items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. If not reported within this time, store credit will not be issued.

  • If you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package at shop@mivienna.com

 

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:

  1. Mail your item back to the return address on your package.

  2. Include your original invoice inside the package, or write a note with your order number and name.

  3. Ship your package using any carrier of your choice and purchase a return label.

IMPORTANT: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

 

RETURN REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be shipped back within 7 business days of receiving your order.

  • Items must have original tags attached.

  • Items must be unworn, unstained, and free of tears or odors (each item is inspected before shipping).

  • Must include the original invoice/packing slip.
